STRUXAL®
STRUXAL® 525 is a low emission high-performance, fast-curing structural 2-part polyurethane adhesive designed specifically for bonding aluminium corner joints in window and façade systems.
The adhesive cures through a chemical reaction between the two components, forming a durable and impact-resistant polymer with excellent resistance to moisture, temperature fluctuations and a wide range of chemicals and solvents.
The formulation ensures consistent processing, short cycle times, and high mechanical strength for load-bearing joints.
Application
- Specially designed for bonding aluminum window joint.
- STRUXAL 525 is engineered for precise and efficient application using both manual and pneumatic twin-cartridge dispensers. For consistent 1:1 mixing performance, insert the opened cartridge into the applicator and purge until material flows evenly from both chambers before attaching the static mixer. Only use the approved static mixers provided in the packaging or available through Riëd Structural Adhesives.
