PLASTGRIP® 2K-Polyurethane
PLASTGRIP® 2K-Polyurethane is a high-quality two-component polyurethane adhesive with a 1:1 mixing ratio, designed for durable bonding, repairing and sealing of plastics and various other materials. The system combines high mechanical strength with controlled flexibility, creating a strong and long-lasting bond.
Thanks to its structural properties, PLASTGRIP® 2K-Polyurethane is particularly suitable for applications where parts are exposed to mechanical stress, vibrations or slight deformation. Once cured, it forms an impact-resistant bond that can be sanded and painted, making it ideal for visible repairs as well as industrial applications.
The product is available in different curing speeds, allowing the right processing time for every application: from fast repairs to larger bonding projects. PLASTGRIP® 2K-Polyurethane provides a professional alternative to part replacement or plastic welding.
Application
- Perfectly suited for bonding a wide variety of materials such as plastic, metal, fiberglass-reinforced plastic, ceramics, SMC, wood, drywall, cement, stone, and marble.
- Applicable in the automotive industry and other sectors where fast curing is required.
- Suitable for structural or cosmetic repairs of bumpers, spoilers, headlamp housings, radiators, and more.
