- The PLASTGRIP® ME 2K-PU is suitable for bonding and repairing plastics. Our PLASTGRIP® ME features Micro Emission, meaning the concentration of monomeric diisocyanates in this product is less than 0.1% by weight.

PLASTGRIP® ME
Specifically designed for small, quick, and durable bonding and repair jobs.
PLASTGRIP® ME is a fast-curing, low-emission, two-component polyurethane adhesive. It is easy to use and suitable for structural bonding applications. The chemical reaction between the two components creates a strong and durable bond that is resistant to elevated temperatures, moisture, fuel and a wide range of solvents and chemicals.
Plastgrip® ME offers good sag resistance, making it suitable for vertical applications. It also provides excellent gap-filling properties. Its fast curing properties allow early sanding and painting, helping to reduce turnaround time.
Application
- Excellent bond of many different substrates like plastics, metal, GRP, ceramics, SMC, wood, plasterboard, concrete, rock and marble.
- Applicable in automotive and other industries where rapid curing is needed.
- Structural or cosmetic repair of bumpers, spoilers, lamp housings, radiators, etc.
- For faster curing it is recommend to use an infra-red heat source. The time to sanding can be reduced by heating the Plastgrip ME. It is recommend to heat up to maximum 50 °C for minimal 5 minutes.
